The diamond model was introduced and presented by Carrol and Elliott (2000) to suggest the many ways a speaker can organize their concepts coherently. If the order of your communication is arranged thoroughly, listeners can comprehend your notions better. Carrol and Elliot have proved that this model has a great impact with and helping people absorb information that is presented.
